Our research has shown that the resort real estate buyer spends a great deal of time researching and shopping on the internet prior to contacting and working with a real estate agent. For this reason we have designed a web site that is user-friendly and very informative with lots of useful information. Our philosophy is a bit different than many real estate agents in Whistler. We believe you should have easy access to information and agents should not be gate-keepers.

You may not be aware that the majority of Whistler agents do not list Whistler properties on a public accessible listing system like MLS. Most local agents only use a private system called WLS (Whistler Listing System). We prefer to use both MLS and WLS for all our properties listed for sale.
We like our sellers' properties to have maximum exposure and our clients and potential customers to have access to all Whistler properties currently listed for sale.
We see ourselves as consultants not salespeople and we see you as a person not a deal.
